Autism Early Intervention
Grow Early Autism Supports is a mobile service providing autism early intervention therapy across Melbourne. We provide individualised, routines- and play-based therapy at home, kinder, school, and in the community, helping children learn and build confidence, communication, and independence.
We currently support families across Melbourne, including Hume, Darebin, Merri-bek, Moonee Valley, Brimbank, Melton, Banyule, Manningham, Whittlesea, and Casey.
We do not charge for travel, ensuring your child’s NDIS funding is maximised for therapy.
Early Intervention: Children 1-5 Years
A highly skilled therapist works directly with your child at home, kinder or daycare, supporting them to learn through motivating (fun!) play and daily routines.
One approach we use with young children on the spectrum is the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). Comprehensive goals are developed in collaboration with the child’s family and teachers to support children to grow across all areas of life, including communication, play, self-help and social interactions. Your child’s therapy goals are embedded in play and daily routines and child motivation is key to learning!
More information about the ESDM can be found here.
Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes.
$193 per hour (NDIS funding can be used to cover these sessions).
Early Intervention: Children 5-9 Years
A highly skilled therapist will work directly with your child at home or school on goals that support learning across all key areas.
Evidence-based strategies are tailored to the unique strengths and needs of each child, with goals focused on supporting wellbeing and quality of life for your child and family, for example communication, personal independence and recreation. We work with your child’s teachers to enhance learning and participation at school, for example helping them to play and engage with peers, remain regulated and follow classroom routines, including transitions.
Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes.
$193 per hour (NDIS funding can be used to cover these sessions).
