Grow has expertise in…

Children with complex and high support needs

We work with autistic children aged 1–9, including those with Level 3 autism and high support needs, supporting their wellbeing while building confidence, communication, independence, and meaningful skills for daily life at home, in kinder, school, and the community.

The Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)

We use the ESDM — an evidence based early intervention approach that supports young autistic children to learn through daily routines, play and positive, meaningful interactions. We’re also recognised leaders in ESDM, providing training across Australia and internationally.

Parent coaching and family support

We collaborate with families to develop personalised, practical strategies that support learning, independence, and communication at home and in everyday settings. Our goal is to equip families with the tools and confidence to support their child’s growth and wellbeing.

Professional Training and Development

Grow Early Autism Supports delivers professional development programs for early childhood educators, schools, and allied health professionals. This includes workshops on inclusive practice for early education teams and training and certification in the ESDM.

  • Family Testimonial

Kristy worked with my ASD twins from before they were 2 until they were 4. Meeting Kristy and learning about ESDM was a life changing, lightbulb moment for me. She was immediately able to connect with both girls, engaging them and eliciting communication we had not been able to achieve before. Kristy worked with my children and with me to target their goals with engaging, respectful play. She taught me the evidence and data taking behind the program and filled me with confidence in the approach. That confidence was enriched by the great improvement in my children's communication, independence and engagement I saw. Kristy is genuinely a world expert in ESDM, I would recommend anyone considering therapy for their ASD child connect with her immediately.
